Director Bejoy Nambiar has taken a very average story to a worth watching level. Credit goes to him. Every shot of the film is innovative and refreshing. It is very clear that he was seeing his movie in his mind in very early stage. Story has same old type of plots like illicit relationship, step father, confused lover. Director had to say so many things that's why movie lacks it's pace some times. He tried to touch the communal issue in politics but couldn't justify well. Screenplay is OK. Dialogues by director himself , are very good. I am unable to understand the similarities between all three David. All three had very different life and personality, then why they had given deliberately a common name? Performance wise Chiyaan Vikaram as David (Goa) is outstanding. Tabu is fabulous. Rest actors are just OK. Musically nothing to say about it. D.O.P work is very impressive. Even they converted a very common looking location in a picturesque especially the pond scene of night, when David (Goa) goes to drop Isha shravni to her home. It looks just very beautiful. If, you love dark movies then you will enjoy it for sure.
